CANCELLATION POLICY

Please cancel 48 hours prior to the Pontoon rental start time for a full refund. If the trip is canceled by Happy’s Crab Island Watersports you will be issued a full refund minus the ticket fee if booked online.

Once you leave the docks there are no refunds or rain checks so please make sure the weather will be good for the duration of your trip. If a storm comes through while you are out we ask if it is lightning to return back to the docks for your safety. If it is a light rain you can stay out. Once the storm blows through you can take your go back out but we will not extend your time while you are at the docks.

You can purchase trip protection and you will be able to cancel or reschedule all the way up to your reservation time.
